Understand workspace roles
Current team and organization administration uses two management roles: Owner and Admin.
Learners are managed separately in Learners & Access. LoreGraph does not currently expose a separate Creator role or custom customer roles.
Open Team settings
In a team workspace choose Settings > Team. In an organization choose the organization workspace, then Settings > Team.
Identify the Owner
The Owner controls the account and cannot be removed like an ordinary administrator.
Review Admins
Admins can help manage shared settings and operations. New management invitations are sent with the Admin role.
Manage learners separately
Open Learners & Access for learner invitations, assignments, suspensions, access requests, and progress.
Current role model
Workspace and organization management supports Owner and Admin. Learner access is a separate roster and enrollment model.
Unavailable roles
Do not assign or promise a Creator role, advanced permissions, or custom roles in the current self-service product.
