Upload failed

LoreGraph accepts PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and transcript or text sources in .pdf, .doc, .docx, .pptx, .txt, .md, .vtt, .srt, and .sbv formats.

Standard source files must be 100 MB or smaller. Transcript and text sources must be 25 MB or smaller, and uploads require a signed-in session, network access, and available plan capacity.

  1. Check the file

Confirm the extension and size, then open the file locally to make sure it is not corrupt or password-blocked.

  2. Check the account context

Switch to the workspace or organization that should own the upload and refresh if the sign-in session is old.

  3. Check plan usage

Open Settings > Billing and review Storage and Training pages if LoreGraph showed a quota message.

  4. Retry the upload

In Company Documents choose Upload document, or return to Create and reselect the file. Wait for the upload to finish before leaving.

  5. Try a clean copy

Re-save the source in a supported format with a simple filename, then retry once.

  6. Report a persistent failure

Contact support with the file type, approximate size, workspace, time, screenshot or error, and job ID if one exists. Do not email confidential source content unless support requests an approved transfer.

Expected result

The upload completes and a processing record appears in the selected owner context.

Extraction caveats

A file that passes upload validation can still need cleanup. Scanned pages, complex tables, unusual encodings, and weak document structure require extra human review.
