Delete documents, courses, or account data

LoreGraph uses recoverable deletion for Company Documents and eligible unused draft courses. Removing a source document does not delete courses already generated from it.

Courses with learner history are archived instead of moved to Trash. Account deletion is a separate authenticated process with a 30-day reactivation window.

  1. Delete a Company Document

Open Company Documents, open the item actions, and select Move to Trash. Restore it from the Trash tab within 30 days if needed.

  2. Delete an unused draft course

Open course Settings > General > Danger zone and select Move course to Trash. Restore it from Workspace > Trash within 30 days.

  3. Archive a live course

If the course is published, archived, or has enrollments, select Archive course to stop new enrollments while preserving learner access and records.

  4. Export account data first

Open the avatar menu, choose Manage Account, then use Security & Privacy > Export.

  5. Delete the account

In Danger Zone choose Delete Account, complete the required pre-actions and authentication, check the confirmation, and type DELETE.

Recovery and retention

The customer UI exposes soft-delete and restore, not immediate permanent deletion. Signing in during the account grace period can reactivate the account.

Deletion blockers

Active team courses can block account deletion. Legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations can require limited retention after deletion.
