Learning-path deadlines and manual follow-up

The current due-date field is available only for a course inside a learning-path draft. It accepts a relative number of days after assignment and is stored as the learner's access expiry for that path course.

LoreGraph does not currently send automatic due-date reminders. Course managers can generate, edit, and copy a Draft re-engagement email, then send it with their own email tool.

  1. Open a learning-path draft

    Go to Workspace > Learning Paths and open the learning path you want to edit.

  2. Open Path Course Settings

    On the path canvas, open settings for the course. In Path Course Settings, find Due date under Editable here.

  3. Set days after assignment

    Clear No due date and enter a value from 1 to 3650 in Due date days. The field starts at 14 days when first enabled and commits the change when you leave the field.

  4. Open a learner's course report

    For manual follow-up, open the course, select Learners, and open View details for the learner.

  5. Draft and copy a follow-up

    Select Draft re-engagement email. Review and personalize the AI draft, use Regenerate if needed, then select Copy email and send it outside LoreGraph.

Current limits

There is no standalone due-date control for a directly assigned course, and the current product does not provide start-date or scheduled reminder controls.

The learning-path field currently behaves as an access expiry rather than a complete overdue-reporting workflow. Do not promise automatic overdue status or reminder delivery from this setting.

Plan availability

Pricing lists due dates for Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise, not Free. Workspace rollout and entitlement can still affect whether the learning-path control appears.
