Preview a course as a learner
Use Learner Preview to check the course outline, lesson content, assessment placement, navigation, and learning-flow rules before learners receive the course.
The preview can exercise temporary progress without creating an enrollment or changing learner analytics. Course owners and authorized organization managers can access it from the course navigation.
Open the course
From the workspace, open the course you want to review.
Select Learner Preview
Choose Learner Preview in the top course navigation.
Walk through the outline
Open each unit, Module Quiz, and Course Assignment shown in the course outline. Confirm titles, order, content, and assessment placement.
Test learner actions
Mark units complete, answer questions, and follow Next or outline navigation. For Guided and Mastery flows, confirm locked content opens only after its requirement is met.
Return to Course draft
Leave Learner Preview and make any required edits in Course draft or Course Settings. Preview again after saving.
What preview does not do
Preview does not publish, enroll, invite, assign, or issue a certificate.
Temporary preview answers should not be used to validate production learner reporting.
