Document and workspace privacy
Uploaded source documents are not public files. Storage access is tied to the authenticated owner namespace, and organization Company Documents are restricted to organization Owners and Admins.
Publishing a generated course does not publish its raw source document. Course discovery and learner access are controlled separately in Publishing settings.
Use the correct context
Switch to the personal, team, or organization context that should own the material.
Upload the source
Upload from Company Documents or the course-creation flow. LoreGraph stores the file under the authenticated owner context.
Review course access separately
Open the generated course and choose Settings > Publishing.
Choose Discovery visibility
Choose Public to list the course or Invite only to require an invitation or assignment.
Remove a source when needed
In Company Documents select Move to Trash. The source remains recoverable for 30 days.
Expected result
Source files remain owner or organization-manager scoped while the generated course follows its own publishing settings.
Public course caveat
A published course can expose learner-facing generated content according to its visibility and enrollment rules. It does not grant access to the raw uploaded file.
