The Free workspace plan includes 1 administrator, 5 active learners per month, 1 GB of storage, up to 100 training pages per month, and 2 courses.

Paid plans increase administrator, learner, storage, and training-page allowances. Starter and higher plans have no course-count limit in the current entitlement catalog.

    Visit /pricing to compare Free, Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise.

  2. Review live usage

    In a team workspace choose Settings > Billing. In an organization open its workspace and choose Settings > Billing.

  3. Compare measured limits

    Check administrator seats, active learners, training pages, storage, and courses against the plan you are considering.

  4. Choose the next plan

    Use Choose plan when it appears, or use Talk to sales for Enterprise and contract-dependent requirements.

Current entitlement summary

Starter: 3 administrators, 50 active learners, 75 GB, and 1,500 training pages per month.

Growth: 5 administrators, 150 active learners, 200 GB, and 3,000 training pages per month.

Business: 10 administrators, 300 active learners, 500 GB, and 10,000 training pages per month.

Enterprise: 20 administrators, 1,000 active learners, 2 TB, and 25,000 training pages per month.
