AI-generated content is not published automatically. A new course starts as a private Draft while processing.

Review the plan, lessons, answer choices, correct answers, explanations, and publishing settings before learners receive the course.

  1. Review the course plan

    At Plan ready for review, inspect Source analysis, Proposed structure, Coverage and exclusions, and Assessment strategy.

  2. Edit or approve

    Choose Edit plan and Save changes, or choose Approve plan and generate course only when the structure is ready.

  3. Review generated content

    Open each lesson and assessment in the author course editor and correct any weak or inaccurate content.

  4. Open Publishing settings

    Choose course Settings > Publishing and confirm readiness, Lifecycle status, and Discovery visibility.

  5. Publish deliberately

    Change Draft to Published, choose Public or Invite only, and save.

  6. Invite or assign learners

    For an invite-only course, create learner access only after the course is published.

Expected result

Learners receive only a version that an authorized manager explicitly publishes.

Publishing checks

Publishing is blocked when required title, content, modules, processing readiness, or active-draft checks fail. AI output still requires human accuracy and policy review.
