DPA, subprocessors, and security reviews

Use LoreGraph's legal and security pages for current policy information, then send a scoped request through the documented contact channel.

DPA requests are intended for eligible Business or pilot customers. Security reports and procurement reviews are handled directly by LoreGraph.

  1. Review the Privacy Policy

    Open /privacy-policy for collection, use, retention, rights, and contact details.

  2. Review subprocessors

    Open /subprocessors for the current service-provider list.

  3. Request a DPA

    Open /dpa, prepare company and contact details, processing scope, jurisdictions, and requested terms, then use its contact action.

  4. Review security documentation

    Open /docs/security and /trust for security controls and buyer-facing answers.

  5. Send the request

    Use support@loregraph.com for DPA, privacy, and security-report requests. Include the organization, plan or pilot, deadline, requested document, systems and data in scope, and reviewer contact.

Current subprocessors

The published list includes Google Cloud or Firebase, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Stripe, and Sentry. Verify the live page before a formal review.

Contract-dependent controls

Custom SLA, DPA, enterprise integrations, and other procurement commitments depend on the customer's plan and signed agreement.
