Cancel subscription
Subscription cancellation is handled in the account's Stripe customer portal when Stripe exposes that control.
LoreGraph does not provide a separate in-app Cancel subscription button. Cancel before deleting an account and review the effective date in Stripe.
Open the billed context
Switch to the team or organization that owns the subscription.
Open Settings > Billing
Confirm the Plan, Status, Renewal, and Billing email.
Select Manage billing
Open Stripe's account-scoped customer portal.
Cancel in Stripe
Use the cancellation option shown for the subscription and review the effective date before confirming.
Return and verify
Refresh LoreGraph Billing and confirm the updated subscription status or renewal information.
Expected result
Stripe records the cancellation and LoreGraph updates after billing synchronization.
Important caveats
Portal controls and timing are Stripe-configured. Enterprise is contract-managed. The account-deletion flow only reminds you to cancel and does not cancel the subscription itself.
