Manage payments and invoices
LoreGraph shows the current plan, billing status, renewal date, billing email, and usage in Settings > Billing.
Invoice downloads and payment-method management open in Stripe. LoreGraph does not display a native invoice list.
Switch to the billed account
Select the Team workspace or Organization workspace that owns the charge.
Open Settings > Billing
Confirm the Plan and Billing email before continuing.
Select Manage billing
LoreGraph opens the account-scoped Stripe customer portal.
Manage records in Stripe
View or download invoices and update payment details using the options Stripe displays.
Return to LoreGraph
Use the portal return action and verify the subscription Status and Renewal information.
Expected result
Invoices and payment details are handled against the correct workspace or organization Stripe customer.
Access limits
Workspace Owners and active organization Owners or Admins manage billing. Enterprise invoices may be handled through the customer contract.
