Review course learner insights

Course analytics are available from the course's Learners tab. The roster covers day-to-day learner status; View course insights opens aggregate completion, score, and question patterns.

Course owners and active organization owners or admins can view these records. Insights appear only after enrolled learners begin generating activity.

  1. Open Learners

    Open the course and select Learners in the course navigation.

  2. Review the roster summary

    Use learner status, progress, last active, score, Needs attention, and search or filter controls to understand current participation.

  3. Open Course insights

    Select View course insights. This button appears after the course has at least one learner.

  4. Read the aggregate panels

    Review AI digest, Ask AI about your learners, Completion funnel, Score distribution, and Hard questions.

  5. Export roster data

    Back in Learners, use Export to download all learners, the current results, learners who need attention, or overdue learners as CSV.

Data requirements

Score distribution requires recorded learner scores. Hard questions surface only after a question has at least three recorded attempts and a nonzero failure rate.

When there is no learner activity, Course insights shows an empty state instead of estimated data.

Current navigation boundary

Use Course > Learners > View course insights as the supported navigation path. A separate full-page admin analytics route exists in code but is not linked from the current course or workspace navigation.
