Known limitations
Review current constraints before a high-risk or large rollout. Test a representative source and the full learner flow before launch.
The current product is strongest for supported text-readable documents, reviewed AI course drafts, individual learner assignments, web delivery, and SCORM export.
Test source extraction
Use a representative supported file. Scanned pages, complex tables, unusual formatting or encoding, and weak source structure can require cleanup and human review.
Review every AI stage
Plan editing is limited to unit titles and objectives, within-module unit order, and source inclusion or exclusion. Review every generated lesson and question.
Plan roles accurately
Current customer management roles are Owner and Admin. There is no self-service Creator role, custom-role model, or learner-team manager.
Plan integrations accurately
SCORM export is implemented. Native Moodle and Canvas publishing, xAPI, REST API, webhooks, Teams, SharePoint, Google Drive, and OneDrive are roadmap items.
Use the implemented source workflow
Course Settings currently disables View source and Replace source. Manage uploads and revisions in Company Documents.
Confirm gated capabilities
Advanced permissions, reports or exports, reminders, teams, certificates, add-ons, and enterprise controls can depend on plan, workspace rollout, or sales provisioning.

Send support or sales the planned scope, plan, representative source, audience size, integration and security requirements, and launch date.
Implemented versus planned
Use the Roadmap's Current and Coming Soon lists and the implemented course Exports tab to verify integration status. Do not treat aspirational public copy as proof that a connector is active.
Customer versus internal features
Internal platform-admin tools are not customer features. Confirm every contract-dependent capability in the target workspace before rollout.
