Quiz generation failed
Quiz and assessment generation is part of the course-generation job. When a required assessment fails, the job can reach Failed and expose Retry generation.
If a ready course shows No quiz questions are available for this module yet, confirm the intended assessment is enabled and report the missing set when no retry is offered.
Check the generation job
Reopen the processing course or job and note whether it says Preparing assessments, Failed, or Course ready.
Retry a failed job
On Failed select Retry generation and leave the page open while generation resumes.
Open the generated course
Select the module quiz in the course outline and confirm that questions appear.
Check Learning settings
Choose course Settings > Learning > Generated assessments. Confirm Module-end quizzes or Course assignment is available and enabled, then save.
Review the questions
Check each prompt, choice, correct answer, and explanation before publishing. Use question actions to revise or delete weak questions.
Report a missing set
If the course is ready but a required set is empty or disabled and no retry appears, report the course ID, job ID, module, assessment type, and screenshot.
Retry scope
The current customer job page shows Retry generation for a Failed job. It does not offer a separate Regenerate this quiz action.
Learner retries are different
Try again and Take Again repeat a learner's quiz attempt. They do not regenerate AI assessment content.
