Before you start
- You need admin access to manage roles or invitations.
- Identify which users create training and which users only take training.
- Review your plan if you need larger teams or advanced roles.
Concepts
Admins manage workspace settings, billing, users, courses, publishing, learner invitations, progress, and deletion.
Creators create and edit training, upload documents, generate quizzes, and preview courses.
Learners view assigned courses, take lessons, take quizzes, and view their own progress.
Admin learner preview is useful for quality checks, but preview attempts should be treated separately from real learner progress.
Steps
- Invite users with the narrowest role that fits their work.
- Use Admin for workspace owners and training operations leads.
- Use Creator for people who prepare or edit courses.
- Use Learner for people who take assigned training.
- Review roles before publishing sensitive or compliance courses.

Common mistakes
- Giving billing or deletion access to users who only need to edit content.
- Assuming learner preview is the same as a real assignment.
- Forgetting to remove workspace access when a user leaves the company.
- Publishing a course before the right owner reviews it.
