Generate draft quiz questions from a course, review them for source alignment, and publish only the questions that are ready for learners.
Generated questions are drafts and should be reviewed.
Good quiz questions test the important decisions and behaviors learners need on the job.
Explanations help learners understand why an answer is correct or incorrect.
Preview attempts should not be confused with real learner attempts unless your implementation explicitly counts them.
| Setting | What it does | Recommended default |
|---|---|---|
| Question count | Controls quiz length. | Start with enough questions to cover key objectives. |
| Question type | Controls answer format. | Use auto-scored closed-response questions for scored quizzes. |
| Explanation | Gives feedback after submission when enabled. | Include a concise source-grounded explanation. |
| Attempt limit | Controls retake behavior where supported. | Allow retakes for training unless compliance policy says otherwise. |
For a 6 lesson onboarding course, generate 10 questions, replace two weak recall questions with scenario questions, then set a passing score appropriate for onboarding completion.
