Getting Started

Summary

LoreGraph helps businesses turn existing company knowledge into structured training with courses, quizzes, learner access, and progress tracking.

Who this is for

  • Workspace admins
  • Course creators
  • New LoreGraph evaluators

Before you start

  • You should know which business workspace owns the training content.
  • Gather one representative source document such as an SOP, policy, manual, deck, or onboarding guide.
  • Decide whether you are creating internal employee training, compliance training, onboarding, or customer education.

Concepts

LoreGraph is built for teams that already have training knowledge in documents but need a learner-ready course experience.

Admins manage the workspace, billing, users, publishing, and progress visibility.

Creators upload source materials, review generated outlines, edit lessons, generate quizzes, and prepare courses for publishing.

Learners take assigned courses, complete lessons and quizzes, and can see their own progress.

The main app areas are Home, Courses, Materials, Quizzes, Learners, Teams, Analytics, Settings, and Billing.

Steps

  1. Create or open your workspace.
  2. Upload a PDF, Word document, or PowerPoint presentation.
  3. Enter a clear learner-facing course title.
  4. Review the AI-generated outline before generating the full course.
  5. Generate lessons and quiz questions.
  6. Preview the course as a learner.
  7. Publish, save as draft, or invite learners when the course is ready.

Settings reference

SettingWhat it doesRecommended default
WorkspaceGroups documents, courses, learners, and progress.Use one workspace for one company in the MVP.
RoleControls what a user can manage or view.Start with Admin for owners, Creator for authors, Learner for trainees.
Course titleThe learner-facing name for generated training.Use a plain business title, not a file name.

Example

An operations manager uploads sop_customer_refunds.pdf, names the course Customer Refund SOP Training, reviews the outline, generates lessons and a quiz, then assigns the course to the support team.

Common mistakes

  • Treating the uploaded file name as the learner-facing course title.
  • Publishing AI-generated content before a human checks it.
  • Uploading several unrelated topics into one course instead of starting with one clear process.
  • Inviting learners before the quiz and access settings are reviewed.
