Plans, Limits, and Billing

Summary

LoreGraph plans define workspace capacity, active learners, training pages, storage, admin seats, and billing options.

Who this is for

  • Workspace owners
  • Billing admins
  • Training program owners

Before you start

  • Open the Billing or Pricing area for current contractual plan details.
  • Estimate admins, active learners, document volume, and storage needs.
  • Decide whether you are testing, launching a team rollout, or planning an enterprise rollout.

Concepts

Current workspace plans are Free, Starter, Growth, Business, and Enterprise.

LoreGraph uses training pages in customer-facing language. A training page means one page-equivalent of uploaded source material processed by LoreGraph.

Older pricing copy may refer to AI import credits. In product docs, use training pages or document pages for plain wording.

Existing courses should stay available according to plan, billing, and access rules, but downgrades may require reducing usage first.

Steps

  1. Review current usage in Billing or workspace settings.
  2. Compare admin seats, active learners, storage, course limits, and monthly training pages.
  3. Upgrade when you need more learners, storage, pages, admins, teams, analytics, SSO, or security review.
  4. Before downgrading, reduce usage that exceeds the lower plan.
  5. Cancel from billing settings or the Stripe portal where available.
  6. Keep a record of invoices and payment method changes where supported.

Common mistakes

  • Calling training pages AI import credits in learner-facing docs.
  • Waiting until upload limits are reached before planning an upgrade.
  • Downgrading before checking active learner and storage usage.
  • Assuming Enterprise features are enabled on every plan.
