Before you start

You need a reviewed course draft.
Know whether learners should be invited individually, by team, or through a link.
Confirm whether due dates or notifications are enabled for your rollout.

Concepts

Draft courses are for internal review.

Private or invite-only courses are best for internal training.

Public sample or unlisted modes should be used only when the course is intended for broader access and the app supports that mode.

Learners cannot manage source documents or workspace settings.

Unpublishing a course should remove or limit learner access according to the configured access rules.

Steps

Finish human review and learner preview.
Choose the publishing mode supported by your workspace.
Assign the course to learners or a team.
Set a due date if supported.
Notify learners if notification settings are available.
Monitor learner access and progress.
Remove learner access from the course or workspace when needed.
