Before you start

You need a reviewed course draft.

Concepts

Draft courses are for internal review.

Private or invite-only courses are best for internal training.

Public courses should be used only when the course is intended for broader access.

Learners cannot manage company documents or team settings.

Unpublishing a course should remove or limit learner access according to the configured access rules.

Steps

Finish human review and learner preview.
Choose the publishing mode supported by your workspace.
Assign the course to learners or a team.
Set a due date if supported.
Notify learners if notification settings are available.
Monitor learner access and progress.
Remove learner access from the course or workspace when needed.
