Create a Course From a Document

Summary

Use an uploaded source document to create a draft course with modules, lessons, and optional quizzes.

Who this is for

  • Workspace admins
  • Course creators

Before you start

  • You need admin or creator access.
  • You need a supported source document.
  • You should know the course audience and title.

Concepts

The source document supplies the facts and structure for the generated course.

The course title should describe the training outcome for learners.

Generation options help shape the draft, but human review still decides what gets published.

Course creation is best done one focused source at a time for the first pass.

Steps

  1. Go to Courses.
  2. Click Create course.
  3. Upload the document.
  4. Confirm the learner-facing course title.
  5. Choose generation options.
  6. Continue to processing and outline review.
