Workspaces

Summary

A workspace is where a business manages training content, learners, settings, billing, and progress in LoreGraph.

Who this is for

  • Workspace owners
  • Workspace admins
  • Billing admins

Before you start

  • You need a LoreGraph account.
  • You need permission to create or manage a workspace.
  • You should know the company or team that owns the training content.

Concepts

In the MVP, one company typically uses one workspace.

Workspace owners and admins manage settings, courses, learners, and billing.

Creators can help build and edit training content when the role is available.

Learners take assigned courses and normally do not manage source materials.

Future enterprise accounts may organize multiple teams or departments under broader company controls.

Steps

  1. Create a workspace during signup or open an existing workspace.
  2. Review workspace settings and billing status.
  3. Invite admins or creators who will help build training.
  4. Upload source documents and create draft courses.
  5. Invite learners when the first course is ready.
  6. Monitor analytics and learner progress from the workspace.

Example

Acme Support creates one workspace for internal training. The support operations lead owns it, two team leads are creators, and support agents are learners assigned to SOP courses.

Common mistakes

  • Creating multiple workspaces for one small team before roles and teams are needed.
  • Giving every learner admin access.
  • Forgetting to check billing limits before a larger rollout.
  • Uploading sensitive documents into the wrong workspace.
