A few things to know before you start.
Use a current policy without client-identifying information. Source documents stay within workspace access controls; learners do not automatically receive source files. Review processing, retention, and deletion terms before uploading sensitive material.
Do we need to write every lesson ourselves?
No. AI creates a first draft from your documents. An administrator reviews and edits the lessons, questions, and explanations before sharing the course.

What should I upload?
