Your organization retains ownership of uploaded content. LoreGraph receives a limited service license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for your authorized users.

No. LoreGraph states that it does not sell personal information. We share data only with subprocessors needed to run the service under contractual controls.

Access is limited to your authorized users and authorized personnel with role-based access controls. Platform safeguards include authentication checks, session protections, and security controls described in our Security page.

LoreGraph uses managed cloud infrastructure and a defined set of subprocessors. We publish a current subprocessor list with provider purpose, data categories, and policy references.

Users can request a data export in account settings and can request account deletion. Account deletion follows a 30-day grace period and then permanent cleanup. Privacy requests are tracked with statuses for transparency.

We provide a DMCA notice and counter-notice process, including required information for takedown requests and repeat-infringer handling.
