Pricing FAQ
Answers to the most common questions about LoreGraph plans, AI usage, learners, limits, and data privacy.
Yes. If you are on a monthly plan, you can cancel before your next billing cycle. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. For annual plans, your subscription remains active until the end of the annual term. Enterprise contracts may have custom cancellation and renewal terms based on the agreement.
Yes. Each plan includes monthly training pages. training pages are used when you import company documents such as PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoints, images, spreadsheets, or other supported content. This keeps pricing predictable. Instead of surprising you with hidden AI compute costs, your plan includes a clear monthly credit amount.
One training page means one standard page-equivalent imported from a supported file type, such as PDF, Word, PowerPoint, image, or spreadsheet content. Large files, scanned documents, image-heavy files, or complex extraction jobs may use more training pages depending on the content.
LoreGraph focuses on training pages, storage, and active learners instead of limiting you by raw upload count. That means you can upload many files as long as you stay within your plan's storage and training page limits.
Your workspace shows current usage and plan limits. When a limit blocks a task, review your usage or choose a plan with more capacity. Contact us if you need help understanding the limit.
Yes. You can upgrade when your team needs more learners, more admins, more storage, more training pages, or stronger business features. Common upgrade paths: Starter → Growth, Growth → Business, Business → Enterprise. Downgrades may depend on your current usage. For example, if your account is using more storage or active learners than the lower plan supports, you may need to reduce usage before downgrading.
AI generation sends the content needed for processing to the configured AI provider. Review our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page for data handling details. Contact us to confirm the terms applicable to your workspace before uploading sensitive material.
No, not for team and business training plans. In these plans, the organization pays for active learners. A learner counts as active when they launch at least one assigned course, lesson, or assessment during the month. This keeps the experience simple for employees, teams, and internal training programs.
An active learner is one unique learner who launches at least one assigned course, lesson, or assessment during a billing month. For example, if your company invites 200 employees but only 120 start a course this month, you are using 120 active learners for that month.
Free includes up to 2 courses in your workspace. Draft, published, and archived courses count; courses in Trash do not. Moving a course to Trash frees capacity, and restoring it makes it count again. New course creation is blocked at or above the limit. This capacity does not reset each month. Paid workspace plans include unlimited courses, subject to their other usage limits. The public home-care preview creates no course and uses no allowance.
Yes. Some plans support extra admin seats as add-ons. Starter supports extra admins for $12/month each. Growth supports extra admins for $10/month each. Business and Enterprise can support larger admin needs depending on the rollout.
Yes. Annual billing is available and usually gives a lower monthly rate. Annual billing is recommended for Business and Enterprise because company training budgets are often approved annually.
Yes. Starter and Growth can add an onboarding sprint. Business can add a migration pack. Enterprise can include dedicated onboarding, migration planning, security review, and custom rollout support.
Choose Free to test one policy with a small group. Choose Starter when you need more than 2 courses or 5 active learners each month. Choose Growth if training happens every month and more people need to create, review, or manage courses. Choose Business if you need SSO, branding, department groups, stronger analytics, and a serious company rollout. Choose Enterprise if you need custom security, legal, procurement, provisioning, or onboarding support.
